We consider that the quest for quality is permanent and continuous and following this policy we reach each market with products which for one or another reason are not simply “commodities”.

A Quality Control team, controls the in-coming fruit, the packaging materials, the packing process, the pre-cooling and storage in order to ensure high and uniform standards of quality throughout the year.

The information obtained from the inspection of each in-coming batch, guarantees reliability in the decision making process and allows us to monitor the harvest process and select and classify the fruit for immediate packing or short, medium or long term storage.

In our laboratory, the quality control team monitors the fruit sanitary quality and ripeness parameters post- harvest and during storage in order to immediately detect any physiological disorder or illness while the fruit is stowed unpacked or after packing.
